 New IT Live Support Beta 1

 

The Marc Center Live Support service is intended to better assist Marc Center employees when they experience technology issues. It allows the Marc Center IT department to respond quicker to immediate requests and have a more congenial experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues.

 
 
A message from the Marc Center Systems Administrator-

Welcome to the Marc Center IT department new live support page. Currently this service is in its beta stage. What does that mean? That means that it is new and still under development, but is functional and can be used under certain limitations. This service will currently only be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Since the service is still under testing, it can only be administered by the IT department. This means that you can only use it when an IT representative instructs you to do so. Lastly, this service will not always be available. If the service needs to come down for repair, maintenance or upgrade, it will suspend until further announced. All that being said, please enjoy the helpfulness of this tool as it relates to our department better serving you, the Marc Center employees. Thank you.
