1) Contact
Human Resources for a supply of referral cards.
2) Write your name and the name of your referral on the back of the card.
3) Have your referral attach the card to their employment application.
That's it !!!
Here are the rules:
If the applicant is hired and continues to work consistently, for six months from their date of hire the referring employee (if they have been working consistently) will receive one payment of $600.00 after 6 months. Referral money is paid from the exact date of hire of the referred employee.
If the new employee is no longer employed after the six months the referral money is forfeited.
