Project Updates
|
924 ERS Construction Progress.
Underground utilities are in and concrete foundation and slab scheduled for completion 4-1-2008. The building will start to rise from the ground in the next several weeks. This project continuies to be on time and within budget.

Marc East Project
This is a 3 acre parcel of land purchased for the Freestone ERS program on Signal Butte and Apache Trail in East Mesa. This property should close by 3-14-2008. At this time we have purchased a steel building to be placed on the site. This will occur after a site plan has been prepared and approved through the City of Mesa process. Estimated time for completion and use of this site 12 to 18 months. More info will follow as we go through the process.

Work should be completed at this location by April 1 2008.
