Community Support Services

 

Marc Center’s Community Support Services are designed to support and assist children, adults and families in their own homes, in a manner flexible enough to meet the unique needs of each individual and/or family, while respecting cultural and personal beliefs.

The Community Support Services includes two distinct services for families and individuals: Early Intervention Services which includes developmental special instruction and pediatric therapy services; and, Home and Community Based Services which includes habilitation, attendant care and respite.

Community Support Services support families and individuals needing services in the greater East Valley which includes Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, and the eastern edge of Phoenix.

Funding for these services is authorized through the Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Home & Community Based Services

 

“Marc Center’s Home and Community Based Services offers in-home support to assist children and adults with developmental disabilities to achieve and/or maintain their desired level of independence in their home and community. Services are home-based. Staff work with the individual or family to determine a schedule which meets their needs."
